Fascinated by many things health, but focused on one goal: Helping others navigate towards their life goals.
Since the age of ten, I've been researching the best ways to establish habits and accomplish goals. I have been diving into these topics, along with developing my knowledge and experience on physical fitness, academic merit, business networking, music performance, meal preparation; the list goes on. While juggling multiple aspirations I have most of all learnt the importance of reflection, which, in this age of distraction, is becoming less and less common.

Ankaa's Mission
Ankaa's mission is to help others create a brighter life, and become the brighter stars they dream of being, by securing their goals through anchoring productive habits. To do this, Felix applies psychological strategies and lifestyle interventions to both relevant literature and the strategies of people deemed successful in the specific area of interest.
Ankaa's Vision
In a world of ever-increasing distractions and comfort, it takes more mental effort to achieve what we want in life. Felix argues that our increasing mental struggles aren't our fault, but our environment's. Ankaa's vision is to continue empowering a larger community of driven people, and set them up for success with their future goals. Felix wants to see more people feeling satisfied in their own definition of success, whichever area(s) this may be in.
