Ankaa is the brightest star in the constellation of Phoenix, and is a navigational star located in the far southern sky.
A phoenix is known for its rebirth after setting itself on fire and returning from the ashes newly born.

Having to go through hardship like so to come out the other side having been re-born is the dramatic version of what we're talking about at Ankaa. Transitioning, and building upon ourselves, requires a lot of self-sacrifice and hardship.
Ankaa was created to act as a star of navigation while you go through the hardships of transitioning, and come out the other side looking and feeling your best, and most importantly, looking and feeling yourself.

The before

From the coach: "Hunching my shoulders, and wearing hoodies and cargo pants, was my comfort and strategy to hide my small shoulders, wide hips, and many other parts of my body that I was struggling with. I suffered a lot from dysphoria before I medically transitioned, and although some things like working out and training my voice helped, I would have loved to have someone there to guide me when I needed and/or wanted guidance."

I feel really thankful for the people in my life who have lifted me up and helped me through my dysphoria, and now I want to spread that support onwards.

Why Ankaa?

Ankaa was developed for trans mascs, by a trans masc, with the firm belief that no one should have to continuously suffer through gender dysphoria. Because of this, personal training from Ankaa involves not just the physical training, but also the lifestyle design to set you up for life and get you continually achieving the results you dream of.
The first step is to establish what you're struggling with, and find out your goals from there. These goals will then be the centre of your plan's design, which Felix will send to you within three days of your consultation. From there, you'll have Felix's attention and guidance for however long you need it.
Current members describe Felix's work as "life changing". As they progress in their abilities they realise in hindesight just how much their dysphoria was effecting them, even after medically transitioning. Becoming a member of Ankaa enables you to finally shake off that dysphoria, and focus on what truely matters in your life.
